As the owners of KDS Homes, my wife Deea and I have been living the dream of building high quality, environmentally friendly homes that can be passed from generation to generation. Having a home built can be a stressful experience, but with our vast experience both in new home construction and remodeling, we can help make it a pleasant and exciting time for you. I was raised in Michigan to be a craftsman. On weekends and during many summer days, my brothers and I worked for my father in the family business. My father set the bar high, and we worked hard to meet his expectations. I learned that hard work, good organizational skills, attention to detail, and finishing the job were of the utmost importance in any endeavor. These values are ones that I have held close to me my entire life and are the values upon which KDS Homes is built.

 

With my father's guidance I became a highly skilled journeyman electrician, but soon found that my true calling was to build homes. During high school and after college, I worked my way through all aspects of the construction industry. I was proud to eventually head up a team that built deluxe homes in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan for clients who expected the best. We worked as many hours as it took to get the job done right the first time.

As part of my continuing education, I have attended over 100 hours of seminars, most of which concerned green building, energy efficiency, and up-to-date new construction products. We have the know-how required to build you a home that will cost less than a conventional home to operate.
